The people accountable
for your filing
Taxspert is a Chartered Accountancy practice first and a platform second. That means there is always a named professional behind a return — not a support queue. Here is who leads the practice, how the desks are split, and the credentials the firm holds.
Founder
Twenty-five years of practice, now behind a platform.
CA Rajan Patel is the founder of Taxspert, bringing 25 years of expertise in Finance, Taxation and Auditing. Over this time he has built deep specialisation in direct taxes, with particular strength in NRI taxation — residential status, DTAA benefits, repatriation of funds, and taxation of foreign income and assets for clients across the USA, Australia, the UAE and the UK.
He regularly represents individuals and businesses in responding to Income Tax notices — including scrutiny and reassessment proceedings — and handles appeal filing and representation before CIT(A) and up to the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
His mission with Taxspert has been to bring that depth of expertise onto a digital platform, so clients get expert-reviewed outcomes without the friction of in-person visits.
How the practice is run
Work is split across six desks. Each one owns its outcomes end to end, which is why a query about a notice and a query about an invoice do not land in the same inbox.
